Dear Friends, 

    Attached you will find your Membership Renewal Form for the 2011-2012 membership year.  I would like to point out that the community membership includes two delegate positions.  PARCR trusts that these two delegate memberships will be given to your President and another member of your Resident Council.  We would like to foster a close relationship with your Council/Association so that the information gleaned at our meetings will be shared with and used to enrich your organization.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Please provide us with the names of your delegates, along with their email address (if available), to aid in communicating with them.  This will allow us to send information to your organization: meeting notices, agendas and other pertinent information.                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Thank you for your continued support of PARCR.   (Click Application Forms to view and download the form.)

2.  PARCR QUARTERLY MEETINGS are held on the 2nd Wednesday of  October, January and April of each year.   The Annual Meeting is held in July.  Meetings begin at 10:00 AM and planned to be complete by 2:00 PM.  The January 2011 was cancelled due to inclement weather.     See the Newsletters and Minutes pages for details of prior meetings.

Resident Councils interested in hosting a quarterly meeting should contact the PARCR secretary.    The Executive Committee would like to rotate the quarterly meetings and the Executive Committee meetings around the counties of our communities.
